Let's start with Amazing!! My co-workers and I decided to celebrate Cino de Mayo at Mex-I-Can and the little restaurant did not disappoint. We started with homemade guacamole (one spicy one mild) and tortilla chips, delicious and a refreshing mojitos or two and spicy chicken sopes rounded out my lunch...and dinner for that matter. There was an abundance of food, but all of it was fresh, artfully presented and absolutely delicious. They are starting a lunch time buffet, which will make it a better choice for the time sensitive diner, but if you are looking forward to ordering straight off the regular menu, make sure you have allow yourself at least 2 hours to enjoy! This food needs to be savoured and enjoyed along with a drink or two. The eccentric decor, spicy music and friendly owners/chefs Angel and Veronica will make your wait time fly by!
