I've never been a fan of buffet restaurants. Usually there are too many deep fried foods and in general the food is mediocre and the service disappointing. I found both at Wasabi to be OK (meaning average). There were enough dishes to keep me happy but they were in the minority compared to the number of choices they had. Also, I found the service varied depending on the staff - in other words, they weren't consistent. Some were good but others seemed to want to rush me...made me feel like I was an inconvenience and wasting their time.
