1/10 - Terrible

These guys are morons, scammers, liars! I signed on with these idiots during a boxing week promotion they had. My plan was supposed to be 1/2 price for a year, this was Dec. 31st 2012 My "payment due date" really not sure what that means, is on the 28th of each month, starting on the 25th they started with text mess,, voice mail and emails about my payment that wasn't even due yet. they had gone into my account on the 25th, remember my due date is the 28th.because they did not succeed in getting the payment on the 25th they have doubled my monthly payment. I got this notice on email the morning of my "due date. When I called them to question this bull shit they actually told me that they need to collect payment 3 days, 5 days even 10 days prior to the agreed "due date" this is to prevent any problems that could occure. Now here is the biggest joke of it all. When I called to give them a payment at double our agreement they managed to confirm payment in a matter of seconds. So I ask what reason could they possibly have to collect payment up to 10 days prior to the "due date" I asked them what does due date mean. Well after listening to some ass hole blabbing in a language I've never heard I asked for a manager, Jerry # 766529 came on the phone and offered me another promotion and in the same breath asked for a $40.00 activation fee. This "promotion" they offered wasn't even a promotion it was thier reg. rates. I could go on and on about the crap I've been through with these dick heads but I've already waisted all the time going to on Mobilicity. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere anywhere for a phone plan

This company Mobilicity is not going to be in business for long. From the look of it, they are dying to get your money and refused to refund them. I have canceled my service one day before the due date, but they have taken my money from my credit card three days ago. So the customer service said she would filed a report and refund will take about 4 to 6 weeks. after six weeks, no refund I called again, customer service said 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks past, no refund, the CS said they have to re-issue the cheque which will take 4 to 6 weeks. you are looking at 3 to 4 months if they will refund the pre paid service. As I am typing this report I am still waiting. I have called again for the name of CEO and CFO and address to deliver the court document, CS and her supervisor would not give me the information. This is a scam, low life scum bag, that is why they are hiding. My last resort is to call my credit card company if I can file the dispute or go to a small claim court if they refused to refund the money. I have stayed with Mobilicity for a year. there are tonnes of drop calls, echo on the phone, data doesn't work half the time. When I called CS, he said they don't support tethering. So for unlimted talk text and data, doesn't worth it. This is the worst service provider. This is a scam. Now you understand why Rogers Bell and Telus even though they are expensive still in business. It works. Any error they are quick to correct it. Mobilicity is not on BBB. They told me that there are number of customer service issues that the company did not resolved. So now you know what kind of company you are dealing with.

Yeah, Mobilicity is horrible, their customer service agents are a bunch of idiots, as a matter a fact i am currently working for Mob. and am not very happy, every customer that calls in is either getting ripped off, charged twice or is being screwed in some way, on top of that, i've only been working for mob. for a month not even and they have taken my bonuses for 3 months! because i accidently swore on a call unaware anybody was on the line, as the call came through without warning because the equipment is crap where i work,, just an honest mistake NO warning what so ever never made a mistake before, FIRST TIME and they eliminate my bonuses for 3 months,,. so not only do they SCAM theyre customers but their employyes as well, seems to me every phone company just wants to save a dollar anyway they can, nickel and dime people who cant afford to get by, while they drive around in expensive cars wearing theyre expensive clothes,, CROOKS!... all of them
