Mobilicity needs to improve the competence of it's technical staff.Also some agents diliberately lose the line when their trouble shooting fail.

I live in calgary. i have also brought my frient to mobilicity last month. The service in my area (monterey park) is close to zero. its like this from two monts now. I have complained about it several times. Nothing has been done. I went to the sunridge location. the man working there told me, nothing can be done. he said tower is down in that area. pls send someone to fix that. of course you will get more customers, but service have to be decent.

I work for Mobilicity, I run a franchise for them. I can't understand why people are so pissed off... Have any of you been with Bell/Telus/Rogers or their subsidary companies. Average monthly payment is over $60. Its more than double the average payment you guys made at Mobilicity. And Bonnie, have you ever got a service for $12.5 a month with unlimited talk, text and caller id. The morons at Big 5 had been charging $7 for system access fees for years. Have you forgotton? And Yf Liu, email me your phone number and I will look into it. Sometimes if the address and some other information is not confirmed on time, it gets delayed. I am sorry about what you went through. So guys if you want to be ripped off by the BIG 3, dislike us. Dislike us all, Wind, Mobilicity and Public. But if you want a cheaper and still decent cellular service for yourself and your kids, support us. It is a terrible cellular market and we can't do it alone. We need you to use our services to break even or even go to profit someday. The love we deserve to be different isn't coming.

I am interested in changing my carrier and thought that Mobilicity would be a good choice. I went to your website and chose the Huawei Ascend Y215. I also wanted to to take advantage of the $30/month plan special. On 2 separate occasions I went to the Mobilicity store on Dundas, East, which is near my home. Both times the item was out of stock. I asked if they could order one in for me and was told "I don't think so". I asked if they were getting more in. She replied "I don't know". I then called the other 4 Mobilicity locations in my area. None of them have that item in stock. I tried calling your customer service number, but could never get anyone on the line. I submitted an inquiry via email to your customer service department. They did nothing for me! All they did was claim that that the Huawei Ascend Y215 was a "special offer", which is no longer available. This is even though your own website states that the Huawei Ascend Y215 is "new". I was advised that they cannot access stock availability at stores and redirected me back to your customer service number.b This is not only really bad customer service, but bad business practice! Why am I having to fight to be a Mobilicity customer? Why are your customer service people doing everything possible to dissuade me from becoming a customer? Why is nobody willing to take ownership and arranging for a Huawei Ascend Y215 to be sent to my nearest store so I can pick one up? Why is nobody willing to get on the phone and locate a store that does have a Huawei Ascend Y215 in stock? Am I supposed to call every Mobilicty in the GTA myself? I would appreciate it if you could do something regarding this matter, as I am just about to give up on your company!
