DO NOT deal with this company. I got my 2 daughters phones for Christmas and have had nothing but problems since day 1. They text you a pin number, and randomly ask for it a week or 2 later, but you have no way of getting your pin because it's on your phone that you can't gain access to without the pin. Then, if you want to have it fixed, you have to go to a wind store and pay for a new sim card. The service is so unreliable, and they don't have service half the time. Every month, I pay my top up amount, and money mysteriously goes missing, and I have to call them and argue with them for half an hour to get them to add the money back on. The buttons fell off of my daughters phone while it was still under warranty, and they refused to fix it or replace it for her. I have never felt like a company was so out to screw you out of your money like this company. They claim that they have low rates, but they provide you with substandard service, and charge you for services that you didn't order to try to get more money out of you. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and if you leave Rogers, or Bell for them, you will regret it.

wind have help us we all can talk now after many yrs rogers have talk lot's many from us GOd bless wind. we still need service in brampton sounderwood.pls try to come wind with chep that can take anyphone
