wikiDOMO sponsorships are guaranteed. Once your ad is approved. We will run your campaign on the day(s) or week(s) you selected on the calender. Your campaign will run from the stroke of midnight in the timezone of the city you choose to sponsor until 11:59.59 pm on the last day of your campaign. It takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out when, where and how many times your ad will run.

Who or what is ShinyAds?

ShinyAds is a trusted 3rd party provider that wikiDOMO.com has partnered with to manage and run the Sponsorship program. When you purchase a Sponsorship package, your payment will be processed through ShinyAds. wikiDOMO.com will handle creative review and approval. Reporting of your ad's delivery and performance will be available to you via your individual account login through ShinyAds.

Make sure you review and comply with our policies.

All ads, graphic or text have to comply with our advertising policies. Make sure you review our policies below. Ads will not run until after they have been reviewed. If an ad does not meet our policies, we'll prevent it from running and you'll be notified by email. You'll also see a "Disapproved" status on the Ads tab of your Campaigns tab. If your ad is approved, it will begin to run and you'll see the status update on the Ads tab.

Advertising Policies

These are policies that will be applied to the content of your ads and the site that the ads link to. We reserve the right to reject or approve any ads. By placing an ad on wikiDOMO.com you agree that the content of your ads and/or destination website comply with all applicable laws.

You cannot promote the following:

  • Academic Aids - This includes, but is not limited to, test-taking and paper-writing services.
  • Drug Test Aids - This includes, but is not limited to, products such as cleansing drinks and additives that help someone pass a drug test.
  • Restricted Alcohol Items:
    • Ads must strictly adhere to local regulations on hard alcohol, liqueur, beer, wine and champagne.
    • It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure their adds conform to local, provincial and federal regulations.
    • Ads targeted at those under the legal drinking age.
    • Ads containing images of people that appear to be under the legal drinking age.
    • Ads that promote irresponsible drinking.
  • Anabolic Steroids - This includes but, is not limited to, supplements containing anabolic steroids.
  • Discriminatory - This includes but, is not limited to, any text or images or destination websites that advocate against any organization, person or group of people.
  • SPAM Marketing - This includes, but is not limited to, email lists, mass email software or mass messaging.
  • Copyrighted Content - This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted content for which you don't have the consent of the copyright holder or otherwise are permitted by law.
  • Counterfeit Goods - This includes, but is not limited to, websites promoting counterfeit goods or the promotion of counterfeit or replica, faux or imitation goods.
  • Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia - This includes, but is not limited to, drug accessories, illegal drugs and unregulated herbal drugs.
  • Endangered Species - This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of products derived from elephants, sharks, tigers, whales, rhinoceroses, or dolphins.
  • Fake Documents - This includes, but is not limited to, fake IDs passports, immigration papers and diplomas.
  • Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Devices - Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of any fireworks and pyrotechnic devices.
  • Gambling - This includes, but is not limited to, sports books, unlicensed lotteries and online gambling.
  • Hacking and Piracy - This includes, but is not limited to, hacking or tools that aid in copyright infringement.
  • Health Claims and Miracle Cures - This includes, but is not limited to, products that promote cures or health claims.
  • Illegal Sexual & Adult Content - This includes, but is not limited to, teen pornography, child pornography or other non-consensual sexual material.
  • Illegal Traffic Devices - This includes, but is not limited to, radar jammers and license plate covers.
  • Prescription Drugs and Related Content - Prescription drugs can only be advertised by a licensed pharmacy.
  • Prostitution - Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of prostitution.
  • Scams/Phishing for Personal Information - This includes, but is not limited to, websites that collect personal information under false pretenses.
  • Solicitation of Funds - Does not apply to registered charities or not-for-profit organization.
  • Tobacco and Cigarettes - This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, tobacco pipes, rolling papers, and electronic cigarettes.
  • Weapons - This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, firearm components, ammunition, switchblades, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles.
